摘要(Abstract)：
<正>布鲁菌病是由布鲁菌引起的、在全世界广泛分布的人兽共患传染病。其临床表现复杂多样,以发热、乏力、多汗、肝脾肿大、关节疼痛为主要表现。由于临床表现累及各系统,常导致在非牧区的综合性医院就诊者被延误诊治。临床资料:病例1:患者男,53岁,山东省五莲县人,农民,否认牲畜、乳制品接触史。患者因间歇性
