精浆外泌体在精子成熟过程中的调节机制研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
精浆外泌体(SE)主要包括前列腺小体和附睾小体等,其携带的蛋白质、RNA、脂质等功能物质转移至精子,参与了精子成熟的过程。SE通过影响精子鞭毛运动、离子浓度、多元醇代谢通路等途径,增强精子活力;通过减少ROS产生,清除过量ROS,提高精子抗氧化能力;通过修饰精子膜脂质成分,稳定精子膜结构;通过调控精子受精能力,利于精子穿越透明带。
