摘要(Abstract)：

椎管内麻醉是目前产妇分娩镇痛、剖宫产手术最常用最有效的麻醉方法,对母婴影响最小。右美托咪定是一种高选择性的α_2肾上腺素能受体激动药,主要作用于中枢和外周神经系统的α_2受体,产生镇静、镇痛等药理学作用。右美托咪定用于产科手术分娩镇痛、剖宫产手术安全有效,能够改善麻醉质量与术后镇痛,加快产妇恢复,并促进母乳喂养,且不影响产程进展与剖宫产率,不增加产妇与新生儿不良结局发生率。动物研究显示硬膜外应用右美托咪定是否具有神经毒性尚有争议,临床研究显示硬膜外应用常规剂量右美托咪定目前并未发现神经损伤。
