线粒体通路、氧化应激在肝脏缺血再灌注损伤细胞凋亡中作用机制的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
在肝脏缺血再灌注损伤导致的细胞凋亡过程中,线粒体通路和氧化应激是两条非常重要的机制。当肝脏发生缺血再灌注时,线粒体通透性转换孔的开放、细胞凋亡相关蛋白的释放以及B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因家族蛋白的调控作用共同组成线粒体通路,导致细胞凋亡;氧化应激则通过脂质过氧化、内质网应激、氧化应激调节分子表达变化等途径在肝脏缺血再灌注损伤细胞凋亡中发挥作用。
