目的对帕金森病统一评分量表(UPDRS)的信度和效度进行分析。方法以本院169例帕金森病(PD)患者为研究对象,运用相应的统计学方法对UPDRS进行信度和效度分析。结果UPDRS的内部一致性信度总的Cronbach’α系数为0.94,UPDRSⅡ对其他领域的控制性最大(0.95);UPDRS结构效度贡献率为98.2%;内容效度评价,相关系数在0.430.81之间;H-Y分级与UPDRS总分、UPDRS I、UPDRSⅡ、UPDRSⅢ之间的相关系数分别为0.53、0.78、0.68、0.48。结论UPDRS具有较高的信度和效度,适于临床推广。
