<正>姜黄素(curcumin,二阿魏酰基甲烷)是从姜黄属中药姜 黄、郁金、莪术等的块茎中提取出来的一种酚性色素,具有破血 行气,通经止痛等作用,且毒性低(动物实验证明,5g／kg的大 剂量对大鼠元不良影响)。目前其抗炎、抗氧化、清除自由基、抗 肿瘤、降脂、抗微生物等作用已引起临床重视,现综述如下。
